🔁 Live Workshops / Events
- Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the event are eligible for credit transfer to a future event of similar value.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the event start time.
- In case of no-shows, the registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
📅 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions
- Sessions can be rescheduled once if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
- Missed sessions or last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) will be considered as consumed and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
🛒 Digital Products / Courses
- Due to the digital nature of our offerings (downloads, templates, recordings, etc.), all sales are final and non-refundable.
- Please ensure you review the product details and suitability before making a purchase.
❌ Program Cancellations by Us
In rare situations where we cancel or postpone an event or session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be given:
- The option to reschedule
- OR a full refund
- OR credit towards a future program
